The first ever UK survey of its kind into the mental health of people working in and playing sport/exercising revealed a mixed picture for mental health/illness (full story here).

Working with Prof. Andy Smith who carried out the survey in partnership with DOCIAsport, I contacted national media and worked with BBC Sport & The Press Association under an embargo, to ensure coverage of the survey to coincide with the results being publicly announced in London.
